In order to ensure the safety of your young person while in our care, we require your consent for the following:

Permission for your young person to take part in the normal activities of the evening.
Permission for your young person to travel to & from the event via bus (a people carrier or leaders cars will also only be used if necessary).
In the event of illness or accident, permission for the application of medical or first aid by appropriate persons.
In the event of your young person needing emergency hospital treatment, we will endeavour to contact you immediately.

£5 for bus trip to be given to Rob Shiels before the trip

- Drop-off Green Pastures Church at 6.30pm

- Bus leaving Green Pastures Church for House Church at 6.45pm

- Leaving House Church at 10.00pm

- Arriving at Green Pastures Church at 10.45pm

- Please get in touch with us if you are planning alternative transport for your young person.
