In order to ensure the safety of your young person while in our care, we require your consent for the following:

Permission for your young person to take part in the normal activities of the evening.
Permission for your young person to travel to & from the event via bus.
In the event of illness or accident, permission for the application of medical or first aid by appropriate persons.
In the event of your young person needing emergency hospital treatment, we will endeavour to contact you immediately.

Please read for all trip details:

£10 for trip including iceskating/bowling and bus trip (handed in to Rob Shiels before the night of trip)

- Drop-off Green Pastures Church at 6.30pm

- Bus leaving Green Pastures Church for Dundonald Icebowl at 6.45pm

- Leaving Dundonald Icebowl at 9.30pm

- Arriving at Green Pastures Church at 10.30pm

- Please get in touch with us if you are planning alternative transport for your young person.
